Dr. Suman N is a certified Audio-vestibular specialist earned his Doctorate in Speech Pathology and Audiology at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS) in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Currently he is a faculty (Associate Professor) at Samvaad Institute of Speech and Hearing, Bangalore. He holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the renowned Dr. S.R. Chandrasekhar Institute of Speech and Hearing.
He has extensive experience in field of audiology which includes assessing cochlear implant candidacy, Intra-operative monitoring during cochlear implant surgery, CI mapping, CI switch-on, New-born hearing screening, Hearing aid fitting and assessing central auditory processing disorders and conducting auditory evoked brain potential.
Additionally, Dr. Suman excels in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation, including VEMP, VHIT, VNG, air-caloric testing, and rehabilitation for BPPV and other vestibular disorders. Furthermore, He has experience in speech, swallowing assessment, rehabilitation in Head and Neck Cancer cases and Adult speech and Language disorders. His research interests include central vestibular compensation mechanisms, unilateral vestibular schwannoma, and objective vestibular tests.

She had completed her Graduation and Post-graduation in Speech Language Pathology from Dr. S R Chandrasekhar institute of speech and hearing.
